This service provides enhanced grip characteristics around the entire area that your hands contact the pistol frame. Instead of stippling the area, a high performance 2 part epoxy is applied to desired areas and then silicon carbide powder in your choice of grit is poured over the expoxy and permanently bonded to the frame. All of the carbide is contained within a sharp border that is cut to enhance the overall appearance of the work and make it look like it was applied at the factory. High abrasion areas that can irritate the hands are smoothed down where necessary and, as an option, the beavertail area can be left un-textured.
